Diversified Supply Chain

Albright Holdings

A profitable, multi-modal portfolio that spans physical products, labor-based services, federal procurement, and a buy/sell/hold decision agent. The goal isn't to pick one mode — it's to operate a portfolio where each mode covers a different buyer, margin profile, and risk vector.

The Four-Sided Supply Chain

A real supply chain has four sides. They make different money on different cadences. Platform risk is real, margin is more important than top-line, and channels compound.

Mode Net Margin Sale Cycle Best For
Products 5–40% Minutes to days Bootstrap cash flow, brand-building, multi-channel scale
Services 10–25% (30–60% gross) Days to months Cross-sell to product customers; high-margin growth
Federal Procurement 20–40% Weeks to year+ Stickiest revenue on Earth; 20-year contract lifecycles
Labor Platforms Variable 18–36 months to first $ Only when internal demand from the other three justifies it

What's in the Portfolio

Each capability area is a separate working playbook in the supply-chain repo with channel-by-channel docs.

Products

Physical and digital goods across the five major commerce channels.

  • Amazon (Seller Central, Vendor Central, SP-API, Business)
  • eBay (Sell APIs, Trading API, refurb economics)
  • Walmart (Marketplace, WFS, price-parity rules)
  • Shopify (owned DTC, GraphQL Admin API)
  • TikTok Shop (social commerce, video-driven discovery)

Services

Labor-based revenue layered on top of product customers.

  • GSA Schedule labor categories + SCA compliance
  • Staffing platforms (Upwork, Toptal, Catalant, cleared talent)
  • Delivery ops (utilization, bench, DCAA compliance)

Federal Procurement

Government and government-adjacent buyers across the full vehicle catalog.

  • GSA Multiple Award Schedule + GSA Advantage + eBuy
  • DLA DIBBS (DoD parts/supplies bid board, NSN catalog)
  • SAM.gov (entity registration, opportunities API)
  • State coops (Sourcewell, OMNIA, NASPO, TIPS, E&I)
  • GWAC / MAC / OTA vehicles with APIs where available

Brotherman — Decision Agent

The buy / sell / hold agent that connects all four sides. Skills: what's-hot detection, buy-signal scoring, sell-signal alerts, hold-time recommendations, federal-arbitrage flagging.

Pricing Intelligence

Cross-cutting capability. Multi-source API price discovery with federal-arbitrage signal — surfaces where a SAM.gov / GSA price meaningfully exceeds the commercial floor.

Admin Dashboard

Next.js operations UI for inventory, channel health, federal pipeline, and Brotherman recommendations. Auth-gated with GitHub Secrets integration.

Realistic Build Sequence

Build the cash machine on products first. Add services to those customers. Layer federal procurement. Consider labor platforms only if internal demand justifies them.

Month 0–12
Products on Amazon + eBay + Walmart + Shopify. Goal: $5–10K/day revenue at 25%+ blended net margin.
Month 6–12
SAM.gov registration in parallel — free, just takes time to process.
Month 9–18
Add GSA Schedule — products first, then services as a modification. Goal: first federal task orders, build CPARS history.
Month 12–24
Add services on Schedule + commercial services. Goal: cross-sell existing product customers; 30%+ services attach rate.
Month 18+
Evaluate labor-platform plays only if internal demand from the first three phases has materialized.
