We started Albright Laboratories so the name on the door would mean something long after we're gone — to the family who carry it, to the people who choose to build their careers here, and to every customer whose life is measurably better because we showed up. We are choosing now what we will be remembered for. Every project we take has to pass one test: in twenty years, will the people whose lives it touched still tell the story.

About Us

A versioned snapshot of who Albright Laboratories is — updated every time our business plan or capability statement materially changes, so anyone can identify us without meeting us in person. Each entry is a three-minute read. Newest at the top.

Who we are. Albright Laboratories is an eight-principal engineering and operating practice headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Black-owned small business. SAM.gov-registered (UEI XCPJV1Q5BXH3). 8(a) Business Development Program application in process. Our work is structurally protected by an issued U.S. patent on LLM-driven infrastructure management (USPTO 2026, named inventor Corey Malcolm Albright), and our second senior engineering principal — Kevin Albright — is a Naval Reactors-qualified U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer (Nuclear) with eight years operating nuclear propulsion plants on U.S. Navy aircraft carriers, a current USPTO Patent Examiner in electrical / power electronics / EV power supplies, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who delivered $5M–$10M in annual cost savings at General Electric. Eight named principals carry the operational surfaces — full bios on the Leadership & Advisor Bench page.

What we sell — the portfolio as of this revision. This snapshot marks the business plan's expansion to the full product and services portfolio, with every status stated honestly. Live today: BrightFlow, the flagship — autonomous AI trading built on 16 institutional algorithms and a 40-agent AI boardroom, offered as a Pilot tier at $10/month; Albright Loans — mortgages and refinances backed by roughly 30 years of consumer-lending experience; Albright Studios — AI video content with custom characters, cloned voices, and venues; Albright SmartStitch — photo-to-embroidery stitch files (.dst/.exp/.pes); Alcoterra — the public online storefront of the Albright Holdings supply chain; Difficult Calls (difficultcalls.com) — AI summarization of complex correspondence; and AI Video Conferencing — secure meetings with real-time AI transcription and integrated agents. Demo ready: HR Systems — integrated HR, payroll, and accounting with an iPad time clock, gross-to-net payroll with W-2/941/1099 support, and a double-entry ledger.

What is coming. In development or coming soon, stated plainly so no buyer mistakes roadmap for shelf: Maestro — a JIRA/Monday replacement that treats humans and agents as equals; Corey-Coder — a local MCP-driven coding agent with no per-token fees; Osmosis — an open-source universal clipboard and notebook; blackLimes — an encrypted-mesh security appliance; Albright Holdings — a diversified supply chain including federal procurement channels (GSA, DLA DIBBS, SAM.gov) with the Brotherman decision agent; and Smart Email — AI inbox triage. We also work alongside Digital Live Studios, our Maryland fabrication and 3D-printing partner.

Why we are defensible. Most generalist firms competing for federal AI work do not hold a U.S. patent on the technology they sell. Most do not have a founder with 15 years of verifiable Fortune 500 production engineering at Disney, Capital One, the U.S. Department of State, Cisco, Ford, FAA, NAVAIR, and the National Guard Bureau. Almost none have a second principal credentialed both on commercial nuclear operations and current USPTO insider perspective on the patent landscape for the power electronics that bridge nuclear plants to data centers. And the portfolio above is not a slide deck — every product marked Live runs on the same architecture we sell, on infrastructure we operate ourselves. The combination is rare enough to be structurally defensible.

The market moment we are in. AI compute is power-bound, and nuclear is the only dispatchable, 24/7/365, carbon-free baseload at the wattage AI now demands — the hyperscalers have already moved (Microsoft + Constellation Three Mile Island restart, Amazon + Talen Cumulus, Google + Kairos SMR PPA, DOE Loan Programs $1.5B Holtec/Palisades restart). At the same time, buyers across regulated industries are asking for AI they can run on hardware they control rather than third-party hosted endpoints. This revision widens the answer: one practice that may cover a buyer's trading signals, HR and payroll back office, content production, correspondence triage, and federal supply-chain procurement — all deployable on customer-controlled infrastructure. See the Business Plan for the structural argument.

How to engage. A $397 AI Infrastructure Diagnostic as a low-commitment entry point. Monthly retainers for ongoing engagements. Fractional Chief AI Officer for organizations not ready to hire a full-time CAIO. BrightFlow Pilot SaaS at $10/month so anyone can evaluate the flagship before paying us more than the cost of lunch. Turnkey sovereign-region or air-gapped deployments for federal and regulated-industry buyers. Engagements may include any combination of the portfolio above. We are not venture-backed; every engagement is priced to be cash-flow positive from week one, billed against earned value, delivered against signed scope. The full breakdown lives in the Business Plan and the Capability Statement.

What we are recruiting for. A portfolio this wide is carried by people, and the Careers page lists every open seat with comp bands and the credentials that get a candidate closest to the work — engineering roles across the product lines above, delivery and customer-success roles as the Live products take on customers, and federal-capture roles as the Albright Holdings procurement channels come online. The Advisor Bench page publishes the advisor seats we are recruiting for instead of fabricating names. Opportunities may include equity-adjacent participation as the practice grows; we publish what is open and do not promise what is not.

Who we are. Albright Laboratories is an eight-principal engineering and operating practice headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Black-owned small business.

Our principals. Eight named principals carry the operational surfaces: Corey Malcolm Albright (Founder & CEO — technical architecture, patent IP, federal capture); Kevin Albright (Director of Programs & Process Engineering); Marcus Albright (Head of Albright Loans — licensed loan officer NMLS #1503465, 30 years consumer lending); Sandra Quel (Market & Narrative Lead — co-host, BrightFlow TV Morning Brief); Nick Albright (Operations & Execution — co-host, BrightFlow TV Morning Brief); Damaris Tercero (Compliance & Client-Facing Operations — co-host, BrightFlow TV Closing Brief); Jocelyn Moore (Director of Delivery — services delivery and customer-success ownership); John Roland (Federal Capture Lead). Full leadership bios on the Leadership & Advisor Bench page.

What we sell. Patent-grade AI infrastructure to Fortune 500 and federal buyers, paired with the credentialed nuclear-power engineering required to keep that AI infrastructure physically running. Our flagship platform — BrightFlow — runs 67+ production repositories, 71+ Model Context Protocol servers, 16+ ML algorithms, and a 40-agent boardroom adjudicating decisions in production today. We deploy on customer-controlled hardware (on-premise, sovereign-region VPC, or air-gapped) because the federal and regulated-industry buyers we serve cannot send data to third-party hosted AI endpoints.

Why we are defensible. Most generalist consulting firms competing for federal AI work do not hold a U.S. patent on the technology they sell. The combination is rare enough to be structurally defensible.

The market moment we are in. AI compute is power-bound. By 2028 a single hyperscaler will demand more electricity than New York City consumes today. Solar degrades, batteries degrade, wind is intermittent, gas carries stranded-asset risk. Nuclear is the only dispatchable, 24/7/365, carbon-free baseload at the wattage AI now demands — and the hyperscalers have already moved (Microsoft + Constellation Three Mile Island restart, Amazon + Talen Cumulus, Google + Kairos SMR PPA, DOE Loan Programs $1.5B Holtec/Palisades restart). The talent intersection — engineers credentialed on both reactors and AI infrastructure — is in the dozens nationally. Albright Laboratories sits in that intersection. See the Business Plan §3.5 Nuclear Convergence Thesis for the structural argument.

How to engage. A $397 AI Infrastructure Diagnostic as a low-commitment entry point. Monthly retainers for ongoing engagements. Fractional Chief AI Officer for organizations not ready to hire a full-time CAIO. BrightFlow Pilot SaaS at $10/month as a direct-to-consumer signal-only product. Turnkey sovereign-region or air-gapped deployments for federal and regulated-industry buyers. We are not venture-backed; every engagement is priced to be cash-flow positive from week one. We bill against earned value and deliver against signed scope. The full breakdown lives in the Business Plan and the Capability Statement.

More About Us

Our mission

To evaluate, develop, and support innovative ventures across multiple sectors — and to do it in a way that lets the people who join us inherit work worth being known for.

Our history

Albright Laboratories was formally registered as a Florida LLC in 2020, but the work it does began nearly two decades earlier. The founder's first commercial venture, Albright Camera Systems, was a multi-location commercial security install for a regional hospitality customer in 2007 — $70,000 in six weeks, identified, pitched, financed, sourced, installed, and serviced personally across every location plus corporate offices. Halfaway Services, LLC followed in 2014–2016 as a federal sub-contractor on U.S. Department of State engagements, delivering passport and visa pipeline automation and 30-minute disaster-recovery procedures. Albright Laboratories is the scaled commercial vehicle that brings the lessons from those two ventures to a larger class of customer — and that holds the issued U.S. patent which makes the technical claim defensible.

Our philosophy

We earn inches and convert them into miles. Every engagement is sized to be cash-flow positive from week one because the discipline of operating without external capital is what makes us trustworthy to the federal procurement officers and Fortune 500 procurement teams who will eventually have to defend the choice of working with us. We believe an AI infrastructure firm should run on infrastructure it can demonstrate — which is why BrightFlow's hedge-fund engine has been running 24/7 across global market sessions on the same architecture we sell to enterprise customers. We believe a patent should be the structural moat under a commercial claim, not a marketing trophy. We believe a Black-owned small business in federal contracting is not a checkbox — it is a market position, and we treat it as one.

Our commitment

We are building Albright Laboratories so that the family name continues to mean something to the people who carry it after us. We hire for the same reason: the people who join our team should be able to point to a project we shipped and say that one helped people I will never meet. Every project we take on is judged against that test. If it would not make the next generation of our family proud, we do not take it on.

What turning ideas into reality looks like here

It looks like a $10-per-month signal-only public-beta SaaS that launched on the same 40-agent platform we sell to enterprise buyers, so anyone evaluating us can use the product before paying us a dollar. It looks like an Advisor Bench page that publishes the seats we are recruiting for instead of fabricating advisor names. It looks like a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt principal who actually delivered $5M–$10M in annual cost savings at General Electric and can document it. It looks like an issued U.S. patent a federal contracting officer can verify in thirty seconds without taking any of our other claims on faith. We do not ask anyone to believe us. We give them the receipts.

If you are evaluating us

Start with the Business Plan and the Capability Statement. They are not marketing collateral. They are the documents we hold ourselves accountable to — the same ones our internal Probability Engine scores us against twice on each material revision. If you are evaluating whether to work for us, the Careers page lists every open role with comp bands and the credentials that would get you closest to the work. If you are evaluating whether to work with us, Contact reaches the founder personally — we have not built that surface to anyone else yet, and we will tell you when we do.
