The Probability Engine

A multi-agent boardroom — Sandra (market and narrative), Daxxon (quantitative skeptic), and Big-AL (deception and risk) — independently scores each project across two calibrated axes. Sandra reads the positioning. Daxxon reads the financials. Big-AL reads what's missing.

Every project receives two scores from 0 to 100: F500-Readiness (how close the project resembles a present-day Fortune 500 in evidence and maturity) and Year-5 Survival Probability (the empirical likelihood the project still exists, generating sustainable revenue, in five years). Re-scored on every plan revision.
