Own credentialing, badging, and skills-mapping work for Albright's Education venture coverage — from issuer relationships to learner-record portability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a landscape map of credentialing issuers and programs
- Author diligence memos on credentialing venture targets
- Build skills-mapping frameworks aligned to common taxonomies (O*NET, BLS, DoL)
- Partner with engineering on Open Badges / CLR / LER implementations
- Track state and federal workforce-policy developments
- Support proposal authorship on workforce-development pursuits
- Build relationships with credentialing bodies and workforce boards
Required qualifications
- 3+ years experience in workforce development, credentialing, or HR-tech
- Working knowledge of Open Badges, CLR, or LER standards
- Strong research and writing chops
- Demonstrated relationship-building track record
Preferred qualifications
- Background in apprenticeship, community-college, or workforce-board work
- Working knowledge of WIOA and federal workforce funding streams
- Experience with skills-taxonomy work (O*NET, BLS SOC)
