VP, Sales (Commercial / Hedge-Fund clients)

Mission

Own commercial sales for BrightFlow, Albright Studios, and Albright Holdings. Build and scale the sales team that lands hedge funds, family offices, enterprise media accounts, and supply-chain SaaS customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the commercial sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Hire and manage Sales Directors across product lines
  • Lead enterprise deal cycles end-to-end; close the first lighthouse accounts
  • Define ICP, sales motion, and pricing across product lines
  • Partner with marketing on demand generation and lifecycle programs
  • Own RevOps stack — CRM, sequencing, attribution, comp plans
  • Report pipeline and forecast to the board monthly

Required qualifications

  • 10+ years B2B SaaS sales leadership; 5+ years managing managers
  • Demonstrated quota attainment as VP or Director leading a team to $20M+ ARR
  • Experience selling to financial services or enterprise media buyers
  • Strong analytical chops — comfortable in CRM data and unit economics

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior VP Sales role at a fintech or trading-tools company
  • Existing network of hedge fund / family office buyers
  • MEDDIC / Challenger or comparable methodology certification
  • Florida or NYC-metro base
