Mission
Own commercial sales for BrightFlow, Albright Studios, and Albright Holdings. Build and scale the sales team that lands hedge funds, family offices, enterprise media accounts, and supply-chain SaaS customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the commercial sales pipeline and forecasting
- Hire and manage Sales Directors across product lines
- Lead enterprise deal cycles end-to-end; close the first lighthouse accounts
- Define ICP, sales motion, and pricing across product lines
- Partner with marketing on demand generation and lifecycle programs
- Own RevOps stack — CRM, sequencing, attribution, comp plans
- Report pipeline and forecast to the board monthly
Required qualifications
- 10+ years B2B SaaS sales leadership; 5+ years managing managers
- Demonstrated quota attainment as VP or Director leading a team to $20M+ ARR
- Experience selling to financial services or enterprise media buyers
- Strong analytical chops — comfortable in CRM data and unit economics
Preferred qualifications
- Prior VP Sales role at a fintech or trading-tools company
- Existing network of hedge fund / family office buyers
- MEDDIC / Challenger or comparable methodology certification
- Florida or NYC-metro base
