Source and close engineering hires across infrastructure, ML, and product. Be the engineer's recruiter — credible in technical conversations and rigorous about slate quality.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and ML requisitions
- Source senior and principal engineers via direct outreach and communities
- Run technical-screen coordination with hiring managers
- Negotiate offers including equity at the senior-IC and principal levels
- Maintain ATS hygiene and report funnel metrics weekly
- Partner with engineering on interview-rubric design
- Build relationships in target communities (open source, conferences)
Required qualifications
- 4+ years technical recruiting at a software or ML company
- Demonstrated ability to close senior and principal engineers
- Strong sourcing chops on LinkedIn, GitHub, and engineering communities
- Working knowledge of technical interview design
Preferred qualifications
- Prior agency or in-house experience at a high-bar engineering org
- Background recruiting ML, security, or trading engineers
- Comfort with modern ATS tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Florida base
