Source and close hires across non-engineering roles. Build the talent funnel that lets Albright hire 30+ people per year without lowering the bar.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for non-engineering requisitions
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and outreach
- Run intake meetings with hiring managers; calibrate on rubric and slate
- Coordinate interview loops and prep candidates
- Negotiate offers in partnership with hiring manager and HR
- Maintain ATS hygiene and report funnel metrics weekly
- Partner with marketing on employer-brand programs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing chops and candidate-experience instincts
- Comfort with modern ATS tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Working knowledge of EEO interview best practices
Preferred qualifications
- Prior recruiting role at a tech or federal-services company
- AIRS, SHRM-CP, or comparable credential
- Background sourcing cleared candidates
- Florida base
