Mission
Build and run the channel — resellers, MSPs, integrators, and federal teaming partners. Make partners a force multiplier for Albright product sales.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and enable channel partners
- Build the partner program — tiers, margins, MDF, enablement content
- Run quarterly business reviews with key partners
- Maintain the partner portal and deal-registration process
- Partner with sales on co-sell motion and joint pipeline
- Lead federal teaming-agreement execution for prime/sub relationships
- Represent Albright at partner-ecosystem events
Required qualifications
- 5+ years partnerships or channel sales experience
- Demonstrated partner-sourced pipeline track record
- Working knowledge of co-sell and reseller motions
- Strong relationship-building and project-management chops
Preferred qualifications
- Prior channel role at a B2B SaaS company
- Federal teaming-agreement experience
- Background working with MSPs or systems integrators
- Florida or DC-metro base
