Partnerships Manager — Channel / Reseller

Level: Mid-Senior Department: Sales Location: Florida HQ / Remote-OK Classification: W-2

Mission

Build and run the channel — resellers, MSPs, integrators, and federal teaming partners. Make partners a force multiplier for Albright product sales.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable channel partners
  • Build the partner program — tiers, margins, MDF, enablement content
  • Run quarterly business reviews with key partners
  • Maintain the partner portal and deal-registration process
  • Partner with sales on co-sell motion and joint pipeline
  • Lead federal teaming-agreement execution for prime/sub relationships
  • Represent Albright at partner-ecosystem events

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years partnerships or channel sales experience
  • Demonstrated partner-sourced pipeline track record
  • Working knowledge of co-sell and reseller motions
  • Strong relationship-building and project-management chops

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior channel role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Federal teaming-agreement experience
  • Background working with MSPs or systems integrators
  • Florida or DC-metro base
