Federal Capture Manager

Level: Senior Department: Federal Location: Florida HQ / Remote-OK Classification: Federal-Cleared W-2

Mission

Own captures from qualification through proposal hand-off. Build customer intimacy, shape the requirement, assemble the team, and position Albright to win.

Responsibilities

  • Run capture for assigned opportunities through the gate-review process
  • Build agency, program, and contracting-officer relationships
  • Develop win themes, ghosts, and discriminators
  • Identify and recruit teammates, subs, and key personnel
  • Lead capture-team Black Hat and competitive-analysis exercises
  • Partner with Proposal Manager on the bid/no-bid decision
  • Maintain capture artifacts in the CRM through proposal hand-off

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years federal capture or BD
  • Demonstrated capture wins on contracts >$5M TCV
  • Strong agency network in at least one federal vertical
  • Working knowledge of FAR Part 15 source selection

Preferred qualifications

  • Shipley APMP certification
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Prior capture role at a prime or mid-tier integrator
  • Florida or DC-metro base
