Mission
Own brand, demand generation, content, and product marketing across Albright Laboratories. Build the marketing engine that establishes Albright as a credible federal-services and fintech brand.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the integrated marketing plan: brand, demand, content
- Own the company website, social presence, and SEO posture
- Lead product marketing — positioning, messaging, launches
- Manage demand generation programs: paid, content, events, ABM
- Hire and manage Brand Designer, Content Lead, and Demand Manager
- Partner with sales on lifecycle, sales enablement, and competitive intel
- Run the marketing tech stack — CMS, marketing automation, analytics
Required qualifications
- 7+ years marketing experience; 3+ years as Director or Head of Marketing
- Demonstrated B2B SaaS or federal-services marketing track record
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, and marketing automation
Preferred qualifications
- Prior marketing leadership at a fintech or GovCon company
- Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, GA4, and modern attribution
- Background managing creative teams or agencies
- Florida base or willingness to anchor in Florida HQ part-time
