Director of Marketing

Mission

Own brand, demand generation, content, and product marketing across Albright Laboratories. Build the marketing engine that establishes Albright as a credible federal-services and fintech brand.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the integrated marketing plan: brand, demand, content
  • Own the company website, social presence, and SEO posture
  • Lead product marketing — positioning, messaging, launches
  • Manage demand generation programs: paid, content, events, ABM
  • Hire and manage Brand Designer, Content Lead, and Demand Manager
  • Partner with sales on lifecycle, sales enablement, and competitive intel
  • Run the marketing tech stack — CMS, marketing automation, analytics

Required qualifications

  • 7+ years marketing experience; 3+ years as Director or Head of Marketing
  • Demonstrated B2B SaaS or federal-services marketing track record
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, and marketing automation

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior marketing leadership at a fintech or GovCon company
  • Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, GA4, and modern attribution
  • Background managing creative teams or agencies
  • Florida base or willingness to anchor in Florida HQ part-time
