Own federal customer relationships post-award — adoption, expansion, contract renewals, and the trusted-advisor presence required to retain a federal book of business.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned federal accounts post-award
- Run cadenced QBRs and stakeholder-mapping exercises
- Drive adoption against contract performance metrics
- Manage renewals and contract modifications in partnership with contracts
- Surface expansion opportunities to capture and sales
- Partner with engineering and SMEs on customer-driven roadmap items
- Maintain CPARS-relevant performance documentation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years customer success or technical account management
- 3+ years working with federal customers
- Active Secret clearance
- Strong consultative communication chops
Preferred qualifications
- Top Secret clearance
- Prior CSM role at a federal-services or GovCon company
- Background in DoD, DHS, or IC accounts
- Florida base required for on-site days; DC-metro acceptable
