Mission
Administer federal contracts day-to-day — modifications, invoicing compliance, deliverable tracking, and the contracts-management discipline that keeps Albright in good standing with every CO we work with.
Responsibilities
- Administer federal prime and subcontract awards through contract lifecycle
- Process contract modifications, novations, and option exercises
- Maintain CPARS, CPAR responses, and past-performance documentation
- Manage CDRL deliverables and reporting cadence
- Partner with finance on invoicing compliance (DCAA-ready)
- Maintain teaming agreements, NDAs, and subcontract files
- Support audit responses (DCAA, DCMA, OIG)
Required qualifications
- 5+ years federal contracts administration
- Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, agency supplements
- Strong attention to detail and document-control discipline
- Comfort with contract-management software (Deltek, Unanet, Procore)
Preferred qualifications
- NCMA CFCM or CPCM certification
- Secret clearance
- Prior contracts role at a mid-tier or prime
- Florida base
