Brand Designer / Visual Identity

Level: Mid-Senior Department: Design Location: Florida HQ / Remote-OK Classification: W-2

Mission

Own brand and visual identity across Albright Laboratories — logo system, typography, color, illustration, and the brand expression that shows up on the website, decks, proposals, and product surfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Steward the Albright brand system across all surfaces
  • Design marketing-site, deck, and proposal templates
  • Build illustration and iconography in support of product and marketing
  • Partner with UX on design-system color, type, and motion tokens
  • Maintain the brand guidelines and asset library
  • Lead creative for major campaigns and launches
  • Manage agency or contractor relationships when needed

Required qualifications

  • 4+ years brand or visual-identity design experience
  • Strong portfolio across brand systems and marketing surfaces
  • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and modern design tooling
  • Strong typography and layout fundamentals

Preferred qualifications

  • Background at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or federal-services brand
  • Motion or animation experience
  • Print and proposal-design experience
  • Florida base
