BrightFlow Pilot Terms

1. What you're buying

The BrightFlow Pilot tier ($10 per month) gives you read-only access to the signal feed produced by Albright Laboratories' 40-agent boardroom and 16 institutional trading algorithms. You see what the boardroom is debating and the consensus output. You do not get an execution surface — the Pilot tier does not place trades on your behalf and does not connect to any brokerage account you control.

2. This is not investment advice

BrightFlow Pilot provides automated analytical signals only and does not provide individualized investment recommendations within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

The signals are model output. They are not tailored to your financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives. Albright Laboratories is not a registered investment adviser. Nothing in the signal feed, the BrightFlow TV videos, the APEX newsletter, or any other surface should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Past performance of any model is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.

3. The first 100 — your price is locked for life

The first 100 paid Pilot subscriptions are locked in at $10 per month for the life of the subscription. If you let the subscription lapse you lose the lock; if you continuously maintain it, the price does not rise — even as the Operator and Custom tiers launch at their published rates.

"For life" means for as long as Albright Laboratories operates the BrightFlow Pilot product and you maintain your subscription without interruption. If we discontinue the Pilot product entirely we will give you 60 days' written notice and a prorated refund of any prepaid period.

4. Trial and refund window

The Pilot tier includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing.

If you are charged the first $10 and decide within 7 days that the product is not for you, email corey@albrightlaboratories.com from the email on your subscription and we will refund the charge, no questions. After the 7-day window your subscription is cancel-anytime but not refunded for the current month.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access through the date you've paid for. We do not retain or sell your payment information beyond what Stripe (our payment processor) holds for you.

6. Referrals

If you refer a new paying Pilot subscriber, you receive a 30% discount on your next monthly charge. You can stack discounts up to 100% (so three successful referrals cover a full month). Referrals must be new subscribers who pay at least one full month at the standard Pilot price; we don't credit referrals who only run the free trial.

7. Testimonials — opt-in only

The Pilot program is designed to produce public testimonials that we can use as the case studies enterprise procurement officers ask for. But your name, photo, or quoted feedback will never appear in our marketing without you affirmatively opting in. Default is silence. If you want to publish a testimonial — written, recorded, or both — email corey@albrightlaboratories.com and we'll send the simple one-page release.

If you opt in, you can revoke that consent at any time and we will remove the testimonial from albrightlab.com within 30 days. Material distributed in print (e.g. a published case study PDF in a federal-procurement package) cannot be recalled retroactively, but no new material will be issued after revocation.

8. What we collect

Email address (for the subscription and product communications). Stripe customer + subscription identifiers (for billing). Referral code if you arrived via a referral link (for crediting the referrer). That's it. We do not require — and do not store — your name, brokerage account, real name, mailing address, or phone number for the Pilot tier.

9. Service availability

The signal feed runs on Albright Laboratories' production infrastructure. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Market data feeds, model outputs, and the underlying boardroom may pause or be delayed for maintenance, third-party data-provider outages, or scheduled retraining. We do not provide SLA credits at the Pilot tier — that's a Custom-tier feature.

10. Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don't agree with the change, cancel before it takes effect and we will refund any unused prepaid period.
